Say Yes to the Dress

Rebekah's dress was nothing short of amazing.
She actually had it made by a local costume designer here in St. Pete.

She ordered the fabric, and met with the designer with a drawing she composed herself.

She was going for 1930's elegance and boy, did she hit the nail on the head!

From the color, to the pleating in the back, to the gorgeous center piece, it was perfect.

Her shoes?  Vera Wang peep toe flats (perfect for dancing the night away).
Adorable, right?  Best part is, they were on sale!

Her hair was done by one of our favorite hair guru's, Chris Kiss.
He did an amazing job, no?

She designed the jacket too.
The velvet was so soft and the color complimented the dress exquisitely!

Did I mention the veil?  Well, it was our moms when she got married.
Something old, check.  Something borrowed, check!  Something fabulous, check!
Here is the original, worn by Momma:

And here is Bek wearing the same one.
She re-vamped it by taking the tulle from my mom's veil and adding it to a vintage hat.
DIY all the way!  Genius I say!
